Original FOIL Scion of the Ur-Dragon from the Time Spiral expansion. Condition is used but in good shape. buying I am not a professional grader, but would consider this to be MP. Foiling still vibrant, but certainly some clouding due to age. Some edge wear, corner wear, and surface wear may be found. There is a bend/crease on top right corner (see pic), but is not very noticeable in a sleeve. Please see photos to make your own determination or ask additional questions prior to purchasing.
