Antique Length of Fine Wool/Cashmere With Bold buying Design

Antique length of fine wool with fabulous print
,
Edwardian buying possibly a little earlier,later, length of very soft, fine wool, possibly cashmere in a pale cream, with a deep print border along the length.

An eye catching print of flowers and fans with large frond like shapes.

enlarge the images to view the bright colours, a mix of violets, oranges and greens.

The shorter ends have been hemmed neatly, the longer sides have a serged edge.

I do not know if this was used as a shawl of blanket it seems to luxurious for anything but wear.
