Anagama wood fired dark clay tea buying bowl

This chawan was hand made and trimmed on the potter's wheel, then wood fired in an anagama kiln over four days. One can clearly see where deposits of buying ash were made onto the bowl and then melted and ran down its surface.

A unique piece for any collector.
