A Vintage Sidney O. Bigney Gold-Filled Pocket Watch Safety Fob and Fancy Seal Set buying with Minty Green Faceted Stone, Circa 1930

A vintage Victorian revival vest chain pocket watch fob, manufactured by Sidney O. Bigney, circa 1930, featuring a fancy seal accented with a green stone. The fob is a yellow gold-filled mesh "ribbon" accented with a scroll and heart design and seal at the base. Center of the tiny heart is hand-engraved with the initials R.F. The seal has a fancy scroll and milgrained design with a bezel set green glass center stone. Bottom of the seal measures 3/4-inches long and 1/4-inches wide; it has not been personalized. Overall length of the mesh section is 4 5/8-inches. The accompanying watch chain is 5 1/4-inches including the swivel clasp. The maker's mark (S.O.B. & co.) is stamped on the outside of the swivel clasp. Condition is very good: the metal has some discoloration due to oxidation. It has been lightly polished.

Most pieces have been lightly polished or cleaned, if possible, unless the process will damage or alter their natural patina. Some items can be altered, some cannot, so please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can. Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable.
