The Great Lakes Wall buying Hanging

buying This wall hanging was created by Linda Huppert. The images of the Great Lakes were wood burned onto a piece of gourd and colored with ink dyes. Long leaf pine needles were coiled and stitched around the gourd piece with slices of black walnut shells inserted between the coils. A hanger is stitched on the back. This piece measures approx. 1 1/4" deep and 8 1/2" in diameter.
