This is a Russa Graeme (1919-1995) artist's proof lithograph titled "Bridging Red". It measures 29.5" x 20.5"
Russa Graeme is a well-listed American print maker. She studied at the Pratt Institute and lived in Studio City, California where she exhibited widely at art shows, galleries and museums throughout California and across the US, winning awards for her prints and watercolors.
This lithograph is in very good condition with some yellow around the edges and tape marks along the top back edge of the paper.
