Tuolumne Cascade SILK Print 12th buying Anniversary, Original Batik Design, YOSEMITE High Country Sierra Camp, Waterfall, Rushing River, Glen Aulin

This is a gorgeous SILK PRINT which I will create for you. Note that this is for the silk print and does not include any framing or mat. I just want you to see how lovely it is framed! Outside edge is 8.5" X 11". Includes foam core with BACKING PLATE describing the buying process and a bit about me.

The original design is a print of an original BATIK (wax resist technique with layers of dyes) that I created a number of years ago that hung in the Ansel Adams Gallery located in Yosemite National Park. It depicts the Tuolumne River on the hike down to Glen Aulin looking back up to the mountain peaks that rise above Tuolumne Meadows: Unicorn Peak, Cockscomb and Cathedral Peak. I have the ability to turn this beautiful design of mine into a SILK PRINT, which comes with a foam core backing and in a plastic sleeve. Print fits within an 8.5" X 11" frame. (Print comes with a 1/4" white border all around.)

This is not only a spectacular design but the actual printing on the silk is gorgeous: rich blues, white whites, very lovely. It is perfect for that lover of Yosemite's high county. Anyone who has ever hiked there knows this view. It is one of the most breath-taking views one has ever seen. Silk is perfect for celebrating that 12th anniversary or for any special occasion. This is truly a lovely gift.

I do like my viewers to know a bit about me. I am an avid environmentalist who supports a number of non-profits dedicated to the creatures, the human condition and the environment. Fully 20% of the profits of this lovely silk print will go to Earth Justice, a group dedicated to saving the earth! Other designs relate to other non-profits; my bird designs benefit my local Santa Cruz Native Animal Rescue, a rescue group that also rehabilitates injured and sick birds and all creatures needing help; my dog designs benefit my local SPCA; my oceanscapes benefit Ocean Conservancy.

There is something quite special about receiving such a unique, original design! It is not something you will find anywhere else. It is just lovely framed.
