•Estimated processing time is 2-3 weeks due to all orders are completed in the order i receive them. Creating custom orders is a lengthy process with multiple different steps that require drying/curing times. Please if they are a gift for a special occasion order in enough time to get you the product on time for the occasion.

•Each cup is unique, the design in the pictures cannot be 100% guaranteed.

•All dirty pours, hydrodips, marbles etc. cannot be exactly 100% replicated due to each tumbler being unique.
•I spend a lot of time on each individual tumbler, & would never send one out i would not use myself.
•Glitter is very contagious..so no matter how hard i try it travels and moves but i try my very best...which means i cannot 100% guarantee your non-glittered tumbler will not have no trace of glitter, or a glittered tumbler will not have any trace of any form of glitter from another tumbler.
•No changes to designs on order once it has been placed.
•NON-REFUNDABLE/NO RETURNS...unless it was a mistake on MY part, then the tumbler is to be returned back to me to be corrected...also no refunds or returns on damaged product done by the carrier once item ships.
