Antique Advertising Crock

A superb antique stoneware pot advertising buying ‘Stilester' a Blue Stilton Cheese.
The preserving pot was produced for John Barker & Co. Ltd. a department store on Kensington High Street, London.

The pot measures approximately 13.25cm in height and 9.5cm in diameter.
It is in good condition with some light crazing and a few firing flaws. No chips or cracks. The lid is a little loose, not tight fitting.
