Vintage Dianna Effner Aaron Porcelain Sculpted Doll Head & Hands, Red Hair on Cloth Articulated buying 18" Body, Baby Blue Pajamas, Circa 1990's

Here is a very nice Dianna Effner porcelain sculpted Aaron Doll head with vibrant red hair and a soft cloth articulated body.

He is wearing baby boy blue fleece pajamas and has dainty matching Effner porcelain hands.

Aaron bears an incredible life-like expression as only Dianna could capture, though she spent much of her working life mentoring and training others to master the DEEP (Dianna Effner Eye Painting) effect she had perfected.

In the 90's she started offering molds of her doll heads so other doll artists could reproduce her designs in porcelain and try their own painting. This Aaron is an early offering from that effort.

He is about 18"tall, and comes from a pet and smoke free home. There is some very light staining on his leg which I have cleaned up to be barely noticeable.
