Inspired pencil drawing by prolific New Orleans artist James Russell. It is definitely an offset lithograph (you can see the half-tone dots under a jeweler's loupe). The signature is in the print, not a live signature. Notice the embossed seal where the signature is located in the lower right hand corner. Inside the mat measures buying about 8 1/2 inches x 11 1/2 inches. The entire piece with the mat measures about 12 inches x 16 inches. The visible side of the print and mat appear in very good condition! You will find a few dents on the edges of the mat from where it was originally in a frame (that frame was removed and is not included). The artist info page shows a bit of wear.
