Quilted Fabric buying Handbag Navy Blue with Anchors

This is a new hand made quilted handbag made with quilted cotton fabric. The dimensions are 15 1/2 inches across the top, 10 1/2 inches tall. It is a shoulder bag that has a 13 inch drop hang. It has a zipper enclosure. The outside fabric is beautiful with a navy blue background with anchors. The interior of the bag is a coordinating fabric and has 4 pen pockets, and 4 miscellaneous pockets. There are also 3 outside pockets buying one of which has a zipper closure. All interior seams are encased, so there are no loose edges to fringe.

Care is hand wash or gently machine wash in cool water and air dry after removing the fabric encased bottom board. From a smoke free environment.
