This kit includes:
POSTPARTUM SOAK (2.5 oz)
A careful combination of restorative herbs, flowers, and soaking salts. It is formulated with anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, wound-healing, and mood-stabilizing herbs. It can be used as a regular soak or as a sitz bath.

DREAMY (10 ml)
A soothing blend of aromatherapy oils in a glass roller bottle. The blend can be applied to the temples, neck, wrists, or feet to encourage sleep, ease anxiety, and promote calmness.

SOOTHING BODY MIST (2 oz)
A gentle aloe and rose mist to offer relief to irritated and sensitive areas. This mist also doubles as a quick refresher when you need a little pick-me-up. As with all of the products in this kit, this mist is all-natural and free of artificial/synthetic dyes and fragrances.

REPAIR BALM (1 oz)
A multi-purpose hydrating balm that smells like toasted coconuts with a hint of sweetness. It can be used as nipple/nursing balm, or can be applied to where skin feels dry. A little goes a long way!

BODY OIL (2 oz)
A deeply nourishing lavender scented body oil for hydration, itch and scar relief. It is formulated with ingredients that are known to support skin elasticity. This body buying oil leaves the skin feeling cared for and smoother.

FACE MASK (1 oz)
A smoothing clay mask with fine-texture kaolin clay, nutrient-rich Moroccan red clay, and floral powders. To use, combine 2 parts of clay with 1 part water to create a paste. Apply mixture to cleansed face in a thin layer. Rinse-off after 10 minutes. Pat dry. Follow up with toner and moisturizer. Each bottle makes approximately 4 masks. This face mask comes in powder form so it could be preservative free.

MAGNESIUM SPRAY (2 oz)
This spray helps soothe the nervous system into a restful night of sleep and gently relaxes sore muscles and joints. It is known to help with morning sickness, hip pain, and restless leg syndrome. Spray 1-3 times and massage on soles of feet, arms, or legs.

This package is delivered in a kraft box wrapped in a shipping envelope, so it arrives free of shipping labels. A card that lists ingredients and instructions to use is included in each box.
