Vintage Messenger 250 buying CB radio

Vintage Messenger 250 CB radio.


We were able to turn it on, volume switch works. On off switch and PA seems to
work but we do not know if it is receiving any signals. As such we are buying selling
as parts only. We suspect it works but can't be sure based on our testing. Sold
as parts only here
