It is made out of
(a) faceted round mother of pearl beads,
(b) faceted round gold hematite stones,
(c) 18K gold plated 925 sterling silver chain, and
(d) a gold color clasp.

The dimensions of this item are approximately 60 cm/23.6 inches in total length.
However, as it can be shown from the photos the length can be adjusted.
Lastly, it weights no more than 38.1 gr.
