This is a ball point pen drawing I did back in 2015. I made a high quality print of it I then stained it in a concentrate of instant coffee, flattened and dried it. Next I burned the paper with a torch and glued it to a piece of hand broken travertine stone. Then it is coated in several layers of clear coat to protect it and secure it to the tile. For the stand I created a mold and then buying made a negative mold in petrobond sand. I then melted aluminum in my shop foundry at 1400 degrees and poured it into the mold. Once cooled it is then cleaned up and buffed, Since each piece is hand made and several steps are needed to make each one no two will ever be the same making each piece a truly unique gift.
Thanks for looking,
