HOW TO ORDER
Upon purchase, please send me the photograph that you would like to be used as a reference, the name buying of the pet, and any color preferences if you have them. I recommend choosing a photo that really shows of your pet's personality!

TURNAROUND TIME
Depending on the volume of requests, it will take 2 - 3 weeks for you to receive the final product. Please let me know if you need the illustration ready by a specific date in which case I will expedite the process.

CUSTOMIZATION
Please message me before placing an order if you would like me to make any major customizations adding any additional details, adding a background, etc.
