They are 12x15x3 handout, painted, name painted, included 2 hooks (black or white), 2 hangers on back, and sealed!

Please include the following:
1. Head shots of your dog - make sure and include side photos too so we can see the ears and colors
2. Black or White Hooks
3. Name of Dog
4. Any special details: Mohawk, color of eyes, etc
