I had a difficult time finding out anything about Glo-Mar Art Works, Inc. but I did find an online exchange between a lamp buying owner and an antiques appraiser where the appraiser said Glo-Mar was in operation from the late 1970s into the 1990s. I found records that substantiate that the company was indeed incorporated in 1979, but it could have existed prior to its incorporation.
