Antique Lace buying and Booklet Paris

Lace was found in box with Le Magasin L' Opera booklet at the Paris Flea Market.
There is a charming Christmas message on the box dated 1882 saying, "All the way from Brussels".
There are three yards of the lace in excellent antique condition except for the two tears shown in the last picture.
