ANZAC military remembrance WWI First World War, New Zealand button Commemorative Cufflinks
These are a beautiful pair of cufflinks made with genuine New Zealand Military Forces buttons from the era of the First World War, over 100 years ago. This pair of cufflinks is made from two brass New Zealand Military Forces buttons, typical of those worn during the First World War and during the Gallipoli campaign of 1915 – 1916. The cufflinks are made with a fixed back and are reassuringly heavy and great to wear. They are made using smaller buying cuff buttons from a tunic, perfect in size for cufflinks and are 18 mm in diameter.
They represent a unique part of New Zealand and First World War history. The brass buttons have been carefully cleaned to retain the original character of the buttons which are approximately 100 years old, whilst highlighting the beautiful details of these original buttons.
This is a truly unique gift and a chance to own a small piece of history lovingly restored and made into a beautiful pair of cufflinks. They are presented in a luxury wooden cufflink box and cardboard cover to make them the perfect present.
