The variety of pitchers that Frederick Rhead designed and produced for Homer Laughlin was really impressive. This incredibly rare medium in the original '40s Rose glaze version of a milk jug for the Harlequin line, referred to as the 22-ounce jug, was discontinued in 1959. The jutting handle and spout are nearly double their width and the restrained decoration is superb.
