Vintage hand-made Quilt Throw Baby Blanket Bed 60"x40" Pastel Colors Blue Pink White Lavender Green Bowtie pattern
This beautiful vintage Bow Tie quilt is machine stitched with pastel prints and white. I believe the prints are from the 1970's. The backing is a small print blue and pink flowers on a white background. It is bound with the backing material There is also a 1" border in pink coordinating fabric and a 2" border in blue coordinating fabric. The bow ties are about 7" tip to tip and they make a 5" square. The center part of the bow tie is free on four diagonal sides giving it dimension.
It was probably made for a baby or toddler bed. I believe it is from Indiana.
The quilt measures 60" x 40". The stitching is extremely nice. buying
