Sweet vintage Picture frame, collage style, by The Bucklers Inc,Fifth buying Avenue,NY.

The frame is made of metal and adorned with enamel painted floral chintz .
It is very heavy!
It has a stand on the back that rotates so it can stand either way.

It is in great condition with one very small crack in the frame ( pictured).
