These wiccan prayer beads have been handcrafted with the Celtic owl Goddess Blodeuwedd in mind - queen of beauty, relationships and hope. In Celtic mythology owls are associated with wisdom, intuitive knowledge and protection.

These prayer beads are 21" (52cm) long and have been handcrafted with crazy agate points, deep red poppy jasper, peach moonstone, jasper gemstones, Czech crystals, silver metal filigree and Celtic knotwork.

An artisan handcrafted wooden tile charm (39x10mm) hangs from one end of the prayer beads, featuring a beautiful owl illustration set beneath jeweller's grade resin.

A gold washed Czech glass owl charm (14x6mm) hangs from the other.

Peach moonstone has been chosen to protect and bring good luck. It removes obstacles and provides guidance for ones spiritual path and is also thought to intensify feminine 'goddess' energy.

Jasper has been chosen as a supreme nurturer, sustaining and supporting during times of stress and bringing tranquillity and wholeness.

Agates have been chosen for grounding, and to bring about emotional, physical and intellectual balance.

Pagan prayer beads are used for meditation, spell casting and focusing spiritual energies.

My design here holds 40 beads divided by the numbers 3, 7, 9 and 21 - numbers I've chosen for their magickal and spiritual significance.

All of my prayer beads are highly tactile - they are made with smooth, cool gemstones, textured metal filigrees, shiny glazed ceramics and hard antiqued silver.

You will find that certain colours and themes resonate the strongest with you - if you follow your instincts you will be drawn to the right pieces for you.
