Custom family illustrations made from your family photos. Family illustrations make great Christmas gifts, engagement gifts, grandparents gifts, wedding/anniversary gifts, new baby gifts, and more! You will receive a hand painted watercolor and ink custom creation on watercolor paper. This item is not framed.

Step 1: choose the size painting you would like.

Step 2: send me a photo (or photos) of the people through a message. Make sure to list any details you would like to make sure are included in the painting as well as anything you would like to change or leave out.

Step 3: I will send a drawing of your painting to you for approval. Discuss any changes with me before I begin painting!

Step 4: I will mail the buying painting to you in a sturdy mailer.

NOTE: Because each family portrait is carefully and lovingly hand painted, my processing time can take up to 2 weeks. If you need your family portrait by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing, and I will do my best to adjust my schedule accordingly. I am very flexible depending on the time of year.

Materials: All portrait illustrations are hand drawn and painted by me. I use Arches cold press 140lb paper, Daniel Smith and Winsor Newton artist quality watercolor paints. All paintings are placed in plastic sleeves to protect them during shipping and paintings up to 11x14 inches are shipped flat in sturdy, with cardboard backing to prevent bending.
