Extremely RARE handmade Miniature Cabinet 925 Sterling Silver pin. This unique piece has wonderful details, great little piece of furniture/pin. Fun gift for a Carpenter, Interior designer or an Architect, Great housewarming gift! Unique and unusual, this pin is a great collectible. It was made by “Old Salem,” which was based in Winston-Salem and made miniature silver jewelry versions of antique regional furniture. In this particular case it is a "Linen Press or Cupboard" attributed to the shop of James Gheen and his family members from Rowan County North Carolina and dating 1778-1796. The original piece of furniture can be seeing today at the Museum of Early Southern Decorative Arts, Winston-Salem, NC.
