Buying Vintage French Straight Sided Copper Milk/Sauce/Jus Pan - Fabrication Francaise

buying This is an excellent example of the highly sought after French copper pans that are becoming harder to source.

Stamped with the quality mark “Fabrication Francois” to confirm its true French artisan origins. The pan is in excellent condition and has no dents on the main body of the pan and very few scratches and one very small dent on the base.

The pan has a small pouring spout and a riveted solid brass handle that has not loosened with age. The handle has a large enough hanging hole to make this a beautiful display piece in any rustic or contemporary kitchen.

The tin lining has worn and would need professional attention if it was to be used for food. We have left it in its beautiful aged condition with stunning patina as many customers prefer it that way. It could easily be cleaned and bought back to its original shine with very little effort.
