RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our items are made to order, therefore, we do not have the capacity to accept returns or exchanges. The exception to this is if there is a manufacturing defect or obvious quality issue. You will *never* have to pay for an item that is defective. Please contact us within 7 days if this is the case, provide photos of the defect and we will make it right, guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can only be made within an hour of the order being placed. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address when placing the order as this cannot be changed once the order moves into production (typically one hour).
