All 36 ink pads. Lightly used, can't guarantee if a couple will be dried out, but I hadn't encountered buying it yet in my infrequent use and I've kept them locked away in a box. I paid $80 for the full set! It's not compatible with the paper I use, so only trying to recoup some of my cost.
