How should I organize my photos?
It's up to you! You can throw them in a box and mail them that way. Otherwise, you can organize however you'd like. I'll keep all of your photos in the order that you send them in. They'll be scanned in the order that you send them in.

What resolution do you scan my printed photos and albums at?
Printed photos are scanned at 600 dpi. Slides are scanned at 20 megapixels.

How long will it take you to complete my scanning?
It will depend on how many photos you have. I'm the Mama to a very active toddler, so times may vary. I can typically complete 1,000 photos in 3 business days.

Do you retain my files?
I retain your files for 3 months from the day of completion. This gives you enough time to make any additional copies of the files that you need. I recommend having at least two copies of your files, because, well, we're all human. Mistakes happen. We lose things. We break things. Have a back up, and store it in a safe place.
