Large Vintage Pair of Brass Fighting Cocks Figurines / Ornaments 7.25 and 6.25 in H – Mid century buying Statement Piece Rooster Cockerel Figures

A wonderful Large Pair of Vintage Brass Fighting Cocks Figurines / Ornaments. The two cockerels or roosters have fabulous detailing with feathers, heads and feet clearly depicted. The brass metal has a lovely patina acquired through age. A great gift.

The brass metal Cockerels are large. The taller cockerel is 18.5 cm (7 ¼ in) high, 12.5 cm (4 ¾ in) wide and 15.5 cm (6 in) deep. The second cockerel is 16 cm (6 ¼ in) high, 18 cm (7 1/4 in) wide and 12 cm (5 in) deep. The two weigh 1085 gm (2 lb 6.2 oz).

The brass Fighting Cocks are in excellent vintage condition with no breaks or cracks. There may be wear consistent with normal use as it is a pre loved item. Please view photographs.

They are eye catching and would look fabulous as part of a collection and an excellent example of vintage home décor. An original and unusual gift. No one else will have a pair of fighting cockerels like this.
