Stoneware Vase buying

This is a wheel thrown stoneware vase fired to Cone 6 (2232 F.). It was first glazed buying with a gloss ebony, then layered with second lighter glaze to create the unique surface. Unlike raku pieces, this vase will hold liquid, so if desired, it's suitable for fresh floral arrangements. The color and shape make it a striking piece, and it would be a great addition to any collection.
