MCM Chandelier, White 60s Transitional Feminine Dining Room buying 5 Light Fixture

This vintage dining room light fixture is a feminine transitional piece. It is made of metal, with it's original slightly-off-white paint in good condition. It has one rust spot on top of one of the inner arms. I have also shown an underneath photo of this area so you can see that it is not visible from below.
The styling includes buying modern elements along with fanciful feminine parts.
This fixture hangs 16 3/4” from the ceiling. The five arms make it roughly 23” in diameter.
It takes five small base flame bulbs (sorry, one is missing from the photos). We have tested the continuity and all the sockets do conduct. This fixture even has a ground wire!
There is no other damage to this fixture other than the one rust spot.
