Utah Salt buying Flats I

A small watercolor landscape painting based on a photo I took of the buying Utah Salt Flats when I moved back to CA from MN last summer. This is the first version of this painting--a larger second version is also available here. This version here is also part of a series of landscapes experimenting with using the extra rough surface of Shizen watercolor paper to create unique textures. 6x9 inches on 100% cotton paper with top lightfastness rated paints from M Graham and Daniel Smith.

No frame/matte included. Since it is sometimes difficult to reproduce the colors of the original in the photos, two photos have been provided.
