White robes only that comes in three unisex sizes. Small/Medium, Large/Extra Large or Extra Extra Large. Choose embroidery on the front, back or front + back of your robe.

3) Let us know the following information in the "Add Your Personalization" section:
a) Your embroidery (we will embroider exactly what you write)
b) Your desired font
c) Your desired thread color
4) Select your quantity and press add to cart! If ordering multiple, Etsy will automatically calculate combined shipping buying during checkout

**Important Notes: If sending initials, please list them IN THE ORDER YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO APPEAR. The traditional order of initials for women's monograms is first name initial/last name initial/middle or maiden name initial. If you don't specify monogram/font style and/or thread color we will choose for you.**

No exceptions. Please Note that all Customized orders are final. We will not accept returns for Customized robes under any circumstances. If there is a mistake on our part, we will work with you to fix the issue.
PRODUCTION TIME:
All orders take 1-3weeks to complete from purchase date. This means that it will take 1-3 weeks plus shipping time for you to receive the order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or which has a flaw, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include a photo of the flawed area. We will send a shipping label to send it back to us. We will then produce and re-send a new item within 10 business days. If we cannot fix the error or mistake within your time frame, we will happily refund your payment once the order has been returned to us.
Otherwise, we don't accept returns & exchanges due to personalized nature of items. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
ROBE APPEARANCE
Robes may have a small pieces of plastic under the embroidery. This plastic is placed of the robes as a protective covering during the personalization process. It is 100% water soluble and will dissolve with the first washing.
