Product code: Handmade Copper buying Bracelet with Blue Patina

This Handmade Copper Bracelet will catch everyone's eyes.
The bracelet was coated with a clear lacquer to prevent your wrist from turning green.
A six inch piece of copper pipe was cut and then annealed with a propane torch.
I donned ear protectors, face mask buying and safety glasses
The cool pipe was then hammered with a rubber mallet to slightly flatten it.
Then a textured hammer was used to make the markings.
The copper was annealed again because the copper was becoming hard to hammer.
The edges of the copper pipe were formed using a trailer hitch.
The copper was formed around a bracelet mandrel to get the shape.
The edges of the copper were smoothed with a file and emory cloth.
The copper was cleaned with steel wool.
The copper was washed in Dawn dish detergent and water and dried.
The dried bracelet was placed in a solution of Kosher salt and White Vinegar for 24 hours.
When the 24 house were done, the still wet bracelet was placed over an inverted Dixie cup sitting in a 32 ox container with a little clear ammonia on the bottom. The plastic lid was set in place and the bracelet was left to fume for 48 hours.
After 48 hours the bracelet was removed and allowed to dry.
When the bracelet was dry, I donned a breathing mask, and face protection.
The patina was smoothed with steel wool.
Bracelet was washed again in Dawn and water and allowed to dry.
When dry, the bracelet was sprayed with 3 coatings of lacquer.
The bracelet was allowed to dry for 24 hours.
