Our Cherry Wood Shaving Brushes are Historic 1800's reproductions.
They are beautifully hand made by master woodworker and horner, Erv Tschanz, right here in the USA! The perfectly turned shaving brushes are made with Grade A premium badger hair and have a nice weight to them. This is a phenomenal brush with beautiful craftmanship you will not find anywhere else.

Our handmade, pH Balanced, Premium Shaving Bars fit perfectly inside the shaving boxes. (Handsome Man Scented) Also included in the set is a bar lift to rest the shaving bar on so the box can stay dry while not in use, and a 100% cotton travel bag (bar lift and cotton bag also made in the USA).

HOW TO USE SHAVING BAR:
Wet skin and apply shaving bar directly to skin and lather.

HOW TO MAKE SHAVING CREAM WITH SHAVING BAR:
1. Soak the shaving brush with hot water in the shaving bowl for a minute or two.
2. Empty the water from the bowl, leaving just a teaspoon. Also shake off buying the excess water on the brush until it stops dripping.
3. Swirl the shaving brush on the shaving bar for 10-15 seconds.
4. Swirl the brush in the bowl to build lather. This will take about a minute. In the beginning, the lather will be bubbly but as you swirl, it will become thicker. If the lather is too bubbly, continue swirling until it gets thicker or go back to the shaving bar and swirl a few more times.
