Stunning Antique Chelsea Gibsons Teapot.
Rare teapot I've been unable to find the exact same pattern and colour in my research.
Cream pottery with baby blue and gold gilding.
Impressed marked which I think dates to around 1910.
Measures approximately 18cm/7inch high and 22cm/8.5inch spout to handle.
No chips, cracks or crazing but does have crazing which I feel is only noticeable when examined. It does not show very well in the pics.
Due to the crazing suited better as a collectors display piece as using with boiling water could make the crazing worse.
Gorgeous piece, I love it and will be sorry to see it go.
