1960s Beggar Beads Agate + Quartz Crystal Nugget Necklace with Brass | Hippie Style buying | Lucky Necklace

Embrace an elegant bohemian and hippie style with this 1960s 'Beggar Beads' necklace made from agate and quartz crystal nugget + brass beads. The gemstone beads are varied sizes and shapes, some more polished and some more natural, and are set between tiny brass beads. The clasp is a screw style which works and holds up well still. You can even adjust the length by doubling up/ looping up the strand twice for a close to the collar look.

It's said that 'Beggar Beads' are named as such because agate has been an attractor of wealth. Agate comes in orange, green, tan buying earthy-brown, and even pinkish hues, along with some clear quartz.
