It is VERY IMPORTANT to double check names/dates that you submit to us. We cannot accept returns, as it is a customized product, unless the error was made on our end.

Custom orders may take 3-5 days to create, sometimes longer. Each listing will have production times noted. I take great care and pay special attention when creating each item.

Shipping
Shipping will be sent out via USPS unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are engraved within 5-7 business days. We always strive to be ahead of schedule.
• Ships USPS from MA, tracking number provided

Domestic shipping time which can take up to 7-10 days depending on the services selected, and your location. Please plan accordingly for the holidays.
