FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHAT SIZE?
Please look at the fitment guide (located at the bottom). We offer the most sizes in the derby/Primary cover selections.
Please also measure your derby if it is a 5 hole, so we know what size to use when making your part. Timing Covers ( please be careful if you have a two hole timing/points cover. It could be for a sportser or Milwaukee eight which are two different sizes)

SHOULD I CHOOSE MATTE/DENIM OR GLOSS?
A general rule is that if your motorcycle has a gloss finish, choose gloss. If your motorcycle has a matte/denim or wrinkle finish, choose matte/denim.
However it really comes down to personal preference.
I am commonly asked if our gloss finish is porcelain. It is not, but very reflective, designs seem more vibrant with a gloss finish. Matte/denim/wrinkle finish is a non reflective finish, which make it not glare as much in the sun and the designs or more muted.

CAN I USE MY IMAGE?
Yes, we prefer your image to be as high resolution as possible. However we can use any image you would prefer such as Portraits, Memorials, Logos, Motorcycle Club Graphics, and much more.

CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM IMAGE DESIGNED?
Yes, we do graphics. We can help make your ideas an reality. Most are at no additional cost.
More detailed work may have a small fee. Please ask for an estimate.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
All of our parts generally take two to three business days to make.
COLOR MATCHING?
Yes, we can color match using the name of your paint color or using Hexa and Pantone codes. Please keep in mind, that we use images that use ink and not 3 or 4 phase automotive paint that would have been used to paint your motorcycle. It is how they achieve the depth of color and effects. We can get very close but we can not guarantee color 100% for that reason.

ARE THEY DURABLE?
Yes!! We infuse images into a type of coating that is very durable.

RETURNS:
We generally do not except returns. All of our parts are hand crafted by skilled artist to order. As with all hand crafted products they may be small inclusions or small defects in the finish. These are very normal. We are a New England based company, so our parts are not mass produced nor made overseas. Please keep this in mind. We take every attempt to find out what size cover you have. Please do not expect a replacement if you order the incorrect size.

COLOR DISCLAIMER:
ALL COLORS have buying a base of Green/Red/Yellow or Blue. Please keep in mind that even blacks can have this base as well. All inks have base colors that are on the color wheel theory. PLEASE VIEW THE FITMENT GUIDE BEFORE ORDERING

Our covers are machined from solid billet aluminum to exact OEM specifications for perfect fitment.

All of our parts feature high definition graphics which are locked onto the aluminum cover. The quality of our graphics are far superior to airbrushing, hydrographic printing and vinyl wraps. The Hard Coat finish on the cover is virtually indestructible and will not wear or chip off, it is also Impervious to heat and the elements. All products feature a two year warranty.
