This is a brand new ceiling fan and has never been used, the top was opened simply to ensure the contents are in fact brand new. The box is in good shape and will most likely be shipped in its original box as there is ample protection for the contents inside. This ceiling fan features reversible blades (one side is white and the other is a bleached oak color). The pull chain controls the fan's speed settings. There are four settings: high, medium, low and off. Includes four 14 watt compact fluorescent bulbs (this ceiling fan is also compatible with incandescent bulbs). This is compatible with low ceilings and even angled ceilings! There is also a switch to reverse air flow.
