Vintage buying quilt bedspread primitive Pennsylvania Berks hand stitched rustic Patch work farm house

This is a vintage quilt from a Berks county Pennsylvania estate. It measures 86" x 80" and is all hand stitched. No holes or rips. Not sure on age, but the back material looks like feed sack (1930-40's)and the front material looks newer (1980-90's). Color is nice with no fading. Please don't buying hesitate to ask questions.
