Seafoam Circle! is a one of a kind fascinator of pale seafoam green (mint green) crin with hand-cut matching feathers and a few ivory biot feathers. A sweet mint green satin bow sits in the middle. It's mounted on a metal squeeze clip (alligator clip) and can be worn with short hair and on many places on the head. It will look beautiful at your next party or wedding!
It travels well packed carefully in a suitcase.
