I adore the wry wit and dry humor of this tale. The grotesque illustrations both alarm and intrigue the reader. Though published in the 1970's, one can easily draw parallels to current political situations. ❤️ This is a perfect gift for the over-educated, hard-to-shop-for person in your life. ❤️

Artist's Bio: Stan Washburn is a painter, printmaker, and writer. His work is images of things he sees or wishes he could see around him—and inclines to the whimsical and mildly absurd.
