This is a Polaroid 220 Land Camera made in the 1960 to 1970. It seem to be working and is in good condition.
Specs:
Plastic body and plastic shutter/lens housing
114mm f/8.8 2-element plastic lens
Separate rangefinder focus and parallax-corrected viewfinder.
Shutter: 1/1200sec to 10sec (automatic)
Aperture: f8.8 or f42
Lighten/Darken control Exposure compensation dial of -1/+2 stops.
Film speed settings of 75 and 3000 asa..
It takes a a24px type battery available on line.
it was designed to use pack film but that has since been discontinued but Fuji but you can still get film for this camera. So check out SUPERSENSE (https://the.supersense.com/collections/packfilm) for new film options. Expired Fuji FP-100C and FB-3000B film can be found through various outlets.
The last photo show that you could use 4x5 sheet film in this camera as it is the right size to fit. It may need to be slightly trimmed but it should work. I haven't done this my self but i have shot sheet film in older Polaroid land cameras so i suspect it can be done with this one.
This is would make a great addition to any antique film camera collection.
