Vintage 19" vinyl buying squeaker doll

Beautiful little baby doll in very buying good condition. Her face paint is very vibrant, she has some hair paint missing. When you squeeze her head she squeaks. Dress might be original? I have added some crochet booties and she has her original diaper. She is made of a heavy vinyl soft not hard. All my vintage items are sold as is with no returns and no refunds.
