1984 Owens-Illinois Awards buying Watch

buying Nice Awards Watch from Owens-Illinois Mt. Olive, Illinois plant.
It runs, but only for about 4-5 hours. It does keep time when it's running.
Movement probably needs cleaned.
Bezel is 29 mm round.
Band is genuine leather and 8.5” long.
