• If for any reason your Etsy mailing address does not match your PayPal address, please specify what address you buying want to be send your package! If you do not specify otherwise, I will send your package to Etsy address and not the Paypal one If the package is sent to the wrong address, it will be the customers expense to re-place/re-ship.
• Please make sure your address is correct. Please confirm all spelling and address before submitting orders. We are not able to ship on corporate addresses from Serbia, so please, give us only personal address. The order will be sent after address confirmation is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the actual embroidery has not begun. If you'd like to change your order not caused by our mistake we can only refund about 80% of the total amount you've paid as we accept payments through the third part which takes about 20% of non-refundable fees.

Shipping :

I ship my orders from Belgrade, Serbia, Europe
You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package information about it will be available only after parcel will be registered in your country post system (it may take up to 1-2 weeks).
Please note that some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post.
From the first day you can track your parcel on the site of Serbian Post until it is registered in your country.

Delivery time:

If item is ready I usually ship within 2-5 business days, if item is made to order I usually ship next business day after completion. Made to order items waiting time is 1-2 weeks prior the shipping, please allow this time for me to made your order.

Shipping time:

SHIPPING DELAYS are possible due to air traffic restrictions.

Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 4 - 6weeks, even 7 in some cases and that is something that I can not manage. (global pandemic crisis)
- Canada: 5-7 weeks
- Europe: 4-6 weeks
- Rest of World: 8-10 weeks

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me with the problem before leaving a negative feedback. I'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable way.

Please read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. Check the measurements and note that color may vary a bit from display to display.

I understand that buying through internet might be tricky. In the rare event that the item you ordered is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 7 days of receipt. I will refund you the full amount once I have received the item and have checked that everything is in order. Only shipping charges are not a subject to refund.
If the item returned is stained, ripped, or was otherwise damaged by the buyer, a full return is not accepted.

Lost Item:

I will provide the refund if a registered mail package is lost. Package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 2 months from posting date and tracking info approves that. Accidents happen, and I am happy to repair or alter purchases at little to no cost to the customer. Send me a message so we can work something out.
